To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEBIGX shall not be liable for:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, including Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 06/L-081 on Access to Public Documents. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prishtina, Kosovo.
